What is the Classic 5K Night Run?
A relaxed 5 km evening group run along the Danube, crossing between Pest and Buda. Easy pace, beginners welcome.
What is the Panoramic 10K Night Run?
The 10K group runs the full Classic route together with the 5K group, then continues for another 5 km. Same start, longer finish.
What kind of activity is this?
It is a sports activity: a group run with run leaders who show the route and keep everyone safe. There is no commentary, so you can simply run.
How fast do we run?
A comfortable, conversational pace. If the group is large, we split into smaller pace groups.
Is there a limit on participants?
No. Just pick a date, pay and show up at the start.
Can non-runners join?
Yes. Rent a Giant e-bike (e-MTB) for €40 and ride alongside your partner or friends. E-bike and helmet are provided at the start.
What should I bring?
Running shoes, comfortable sports clothes and water. We provide reflective vests.
What if the weather is bad?
We run in light rain. If we cancel because of storms or dangerous conditions, you get a full refund.
How do I book and pay?
Choose a date (any day except Tuesday, up to a year ahead) and distance in the booking form and pay by card on Stripe's secure checkout page, in euros. You are then returned to this site and receive a confirmation email with the meeting details.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. An invoice is issued for each paid booking and sent by email by Számlázz.hu to the address you give when booking.
Can I cancel?
You get a full refund if you cancel up to one hour before the start. After that there is no refund. If we cancel the run, you get a full refund.
Where is the route?
This site lists only the highlights of each run, not a turn-by-turn route. Your run leader shows the route at the start.
What is included?
Your place in the guided group run, a reflective vest and run leaders at the front and back of the group. E-bikes and helmets are included in the e-bike rental.
Where do we meet?
At Vigadó Square, by the Danube, at 19:45. The run starts at 20:00.
