What we store

When you book we store your name, email address, optional phone number and optional notes, together with your booking details (date, number of runners and e-bikes, amount, payment and invoice status). The billing address you enter at checkout is held by Stripe and Számlázz.hu for payment and invoicing.

Why we use it

We use these details to carry out your booking (contract), to take payment, to email you your confirmation and any change to your run, and to issue invoices and keep accounting records as the law requires (legal obligation).

Who processes it

• Stripe processes your card payment on its own checkout page.
• Számlázz.hu issues the invoice and sends it to your email address.
• Our email provider (SMTP service) delivers the confirmation email.
• Our own server stores the booking record.
• The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when you visit.

How long we keep it

We keep booking data only as long as needed to run your booking and to meet our legal accounting and tax obligations.

Cookies and analytics

The public pages set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising trackers. Only the private admin area used by our team sets a login cookie.

Your rights and contact

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, to restrict or object to its use, and you may complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH). Where the law requires us to keep records, we can only delete the rest. Write to hello@budapestnightrun.hu.
