Nature of the activity

Budapest Night Run is a sports activity. Run leaders provide route leading and safety support only. No historical commentary or cultural explanations are provided.

Participation

Participation is for people aged 18 or over. Participants confirm that they are fit to run and take part at their own risk. Wear running shoes and comfortable sports clothes, bring water, and follow the run leaders' safety instructions. Reflective vests are provided.

Meeting and distances

Meet at Vigadó Square by the Danube at 19:45. The run starts at 20:00 (Budapest time). The Classic is 5 km; the Panoramic completes the Classic route and continues for another 5 km. E-bikes and helmets are provided at the start for non-running companions.

Booking, payment and invoice

Bookings are paid in euros (EUR) by card through Stripe's checkout page. Your booking is confirmed once the payment succeeds, and a confirmation email follows. An invoice is issued through Számlázz.hu and sent to the email address you gave when booking.

Cancellation and refunds

You get a full refund if you cancel up to one hour before the start. After that there is no refund. If we cancel the run, you get a full refund.

To cancel, write to hello@budapestnightrun.hu before the deadline. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Weather

We run in light rain. If we cancel a run because of storms or dangerous conditions, we will email you and refund you in full.

Liability

Participation is at your own risk, as stated above. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
